Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for the ER, working three 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity emergency department. The role requires a minimum of two years in emergency nursing, an active RN license, and a strong set of certifications.

You will float as needed to support diverse patient needs and participate in interdepartmental collaboration. Responsibilities include arterial line and ventilator patient management, airway support, dysrhythmia handling, and IV initiation.

Qualifications

• ER nursing experience of at least 2 years.
• Active RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications required (TNCC preferred).
• Must be able to float between departments as needed.
• Experience with arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP, and ventilated patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work night shifts (three 12-hour shifts) in a busy ER.
• Provide care for diverse patient ages from neonates to geriatrics.
• Manage arterial lines, ventilated patients, and complex airway support.
• Handle dysrhythmias and central line care; start and maintain IV lines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Be prepared to operate in a STEMI/Stroke certified facility.
