Job summary

Lawrence County Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time night shift Registered Nurse to join our care team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, treatment, and education to patients, ensuring high-quality care and recovery.

You will monitor patients, communicate with physicians, administer medications, and maintain safety standards across the facility. ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications and an active RN license are required; degrees range from ADN to BSN with ongoing education

Qualifications

• ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required.
• Active RN license required.
• Associates or higher in Nursing preferred or required by role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and assess needs to provide quality care.
• Observe and interpret symptoms and communicate to physician.
• Perform routine procedures and document in patient chart.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety; decontaminate equipment and beds.
• Foster a compassionate environment for patients and families.
• Pursue ongoing education and maintain required competencies.
