Job summary

Menifee Global Medical Center in Menifee, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Emergency department. This full-time night shift role focuses on direct and indirect patient care in acute/non-acute settings, supporting physicians, coordinating care, and promoting high-quality outcomes.

The RN will document in EMR, participate in team-based care, and adhere to safety standards. Licensure in CA, BLS required; ACLS/PALS and other certifications may be required for certain units.

Qualifications

• ADN or accredited RN program completion required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current California RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke may be required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and training.
• Float or be assigned to units based on needs.
