Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for ER to provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced ED. The 13-week assignment requires night shifts (3 x 12s) from 5 PM to 5 AM, with a minimum of 1 year of ER experience and active RN licensure. Mandatory certifications must be current by start date.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education for safe discharge, early discharge planning, and meticulous documentation of care and incidents per SOPs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Coordinate patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients for safe discharge.
• Perform daily rounds to ensure quality service and address unmet needs.
• Develop a care plan based on assessments of physical, psychological, social, and educational needs.
• Identify early warning signs and initiate appropriate actions.
• Document incidents and communicate observations to team members.
