Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room night shift in California. The role encompasses rapid patient assessment, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to uphold high-quality care throughout overnight hours.

Responsibilities include vital sign monitoring, emergency interventions, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license is required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in ER or critical care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs in the ER setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
