Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in administrative services in a healthcare setting.
• Two years of experience or training in patient care.
• An associate’s degree or certificate in a medical assistant training program.

Responsibilities

• Measure vital signs and record in patient records.
• Prepare patients for routine examinations and obtain vital signs.
• Assist with dressings, intake and elimination, and basic treatments under RN direction.
• Maintain and update patient records, schedule appointments, and arrange lab/hospital services.
