Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize care to meet resident needs.
• Report information contributing to RN assessment.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV fluids as directed by RN.
• Follow scope of practice and escalation procedures.
• Assist with general nursing activities and emergency response.
• Document care and maintain care plans.
