Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's Emergency Department seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time, rotating-shift position in New York. The department provides care across four zones with a call-ahead program and offers diverse patient experiences from minor injuries to trauma.

Under supervision of RNs and physicians, the LPN will perform therapeutic nursing interventions, administer medications, document in EPIC, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nursing and current licensure.
• Eligibility for licensure in the State of New York.

Responsibilities

• Therapeutic nursing interventions under the supervision and direction of the RN.
• Medication administration following prescribed courses.
• Documentation using the EPIC system.
• Collaborative team approach with interdisciplinary staff.
