Job summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Lead Finance Manager to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at DC3. The role will provide financial analysis, budget planning, execution, forecasting, and resource-management support for highly technical programs and projects.

You will collaborate with program managers and government stakeholders to develop long-range plans, multi-year funding profiles, and data-driven recommendations, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive budget and data analysis supporting financial planning and execution.
• Extensive Experience With Manpower And Budgetary Databases, Including ABIDES, iRMIS, and PBES.
• Deep knowledge of PPBE process and its application to financial decision-making and resource allocation.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive budget and data analysis supporting financial planning and execution.

• Proven success proactively managing tasks and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels to achieve strategic objectives.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information and build consensus in written and oral forums.
