Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with triage and intake.
• Document patient information in the electronic health record.
• Assist providers and nurses with procedures within scope of practice.
• Perform patient care tasks such as EKGs, wound care, and specimen collection.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and infection control practices.
• Support patient flow and registration/documentation as needed.
