Job summary

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA, is seeking a compassionate RN for the Emergency Department. This part-time day shift position offers 2 x 12-hour shifts per week, with weekend inclusion as needed, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

You will provide nursing care from birth through the life span, coordinate with ED staff, and participate in ongoing professional growth. A strong team environment and access to modern technology support exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• GA RN licensure and BLS required.
• Willingness to work 2x12 hr shifts with some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs admissions assessments and develops care plans.
• Coordinates patient care with ED team and physicians.
• Documents care in the patient record and communicates needs.
• Oversees activities of ED staff and supports department flows.
