Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification with basic EKG interpretation, and 2+ years with acutely ill patients (ICU/ER/Med-Surg).

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
• Work as part of a supportive care team
