Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team in Wisconsin Dells. You will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

This role offers flexible shifts, paid training, and a collaborative clinical team. Wisconsin RN licensure is required, ADN accepted with BSN preferred. You will educate patients and families on kidney health while floating to nearby clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (state of practice).
• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• ICU/CCU/ER or Med Surg experience with CNN/CDN certification is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes.
• Collaborate with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required.
