Job summary

Roshal Imaging Services LLC is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team in Shrewsbury, PA and surrounding facilities. The role involves performing CT and X-ray examinations, often in an ER setting, with emphasis on patient comfort, safety, and efficient imaging workflow.

Responsibilities include managing complex procedures, operating portable X-ray devices, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience post-graduation.
• Current ARRT registration – RT (R)(CT), and state licensure where required
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with CT examinations and procedures requiring contrast agents, as well as portable and general X-ray.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations and procedures, including those that require the use of contrast agents, in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Manage patients during complex procedures and exams.
• Operate portable X-ray machines and other X-ray equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor X-ray and CT equipment problems.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work‑related calls received.
• For on‑call assignments, contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive at the facility within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
