Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Core Flex II Registered Nurse to deliver expert nursing care across a defined market, coordinating with diverse units and locations. You will assess and plan patient care, then implement and evaluate outcomes with autonomy and strong clinical judgment.

The role supports multiple Emergency Department sites in West-Central Illinois (WCIM), including Galesburg, Monmouth, and Kewanee.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Illinois is required.
• 1 year of acute healthcare nursing experience in the specialty hired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling and assignments.
• Autonomous clinical judgment with nursing process expertise.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
