Job summary

Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for night, full-time work (40 hrs/week) in the Emergency Department. The Clinical Supervisor ensures safe, high-quality care, optimizes staffing, and collaborates with physicians and admin staff to improve processes across the care continuum.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, accountability, and adherence to mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Licensure and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• TNCC, ACLS/ALS and ENPC or PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective care delivered by co-workers.
• Coordinate staffing to meet patient care needs and bed management goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to improve processes across the continuum.
