Qualifications

• 3+ years of ED RN experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) within three years of starting the Charge RN role.
• State RN licensure is required.
• TNCC/ATCN/ENPC or PALS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors staff during assigned shift.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and assists with problem-solving.
• Evaluates patient care outcomes and addresses related issues.
