Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of direct patient-care experience in hospital/acute care or related setting.
• Current AHA BLS for Health Care Providers.
• Violence Prevention (AVADE) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care under RN supervision according to Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines.
• Document care and interventions in accordance with hospital policy.
• Assist with procedures and patient care activities as delegated by the RN and clinician.
• Promote patient comfort, safety, and dignity in all interactions.
• Transport patients and support unit safety and infection control practices.
