Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required.
• Hold and maintain Certified Nurse Assistant certification by the State of Idaho or Basic/Advanced EMT within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience using computer software systems to enter patient data, send email, and other electronic data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Emergency Department and patient care functions.
• Perform duties to the level of the EMT license or CNA certification held by the ERT.
• Work under the direction of the ED Director, CNA lead and Charge Nurse.
