Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• WA Registered Nurse license (WA).
• BLS/CPR certification on hire.
• ACLS within 60 days of hire.
• PALS within 12 months of hire or ENPC within 12 months, and TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to department and hospital policies, including safety and regulatory standards.
• Administers, oversees and documents medication administration as ordered.
• Assesses patient needs and plans, implements and evaluates care and prepares for discharge.
• Documents care and patient status using the nursing process and updates physician orders as needed.
