Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners: Work requires completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master's degree in Nursing.
• Critical Care / Acute Care NP Master's or completion of ACNP/CCNP post‑Master's program strongly preferred.
• Physician Assistants: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. A Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services for critically ill patients in collaboration with attending physicians.
• Performs triage, exams, data collection, procedures, orders labs and consultations, prescribes interventions and medications, coordinates patient care.
• Develops and implements treatment plans for acute illness and observation care in collaboration with physicians.
• Analyzes clinical practice patterns to improve care quality and efficiency.

Education

Master's degree in Nursing

ACNP/CCNP post‑Master's program strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree (Physician Assistant program)
