Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Active NCCPA certification and NC PA license.
• BLS/ACLS certification required; ATLS preferred for trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services for critically ill patients per protocols.
• Perform triage, exams, orders, procedures, and coordinate patient care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute illness in collaboration with physicians.
• Document in EMR and communicate with care teams.
• Lead and contribute to teaching, quality initiatives, and operational excellence.
