Equity Structuring Analyst - Securities Specialist

Location: Poland

Division: Investment Banking

Team: Equity Derivative Structuring Team in Krakow (Green Office)

Job Type: Full Time

Your role

Are you solutions-oriented? Do you understand how derivatives and structured products work? If so, we’re looking for someone who can:

1. Manage various projects for the Structuring Team based in London, Hong Kong, and New York.
2. Work closely with global Trading desks and Sales teams.
3. Perform ongoing hedge and private equity fund due diligence processes.
4. Develop performance and valuation spreadsheets using Bloomberg Terminal and VBA.
5. Gather and validate data from external and internal sources, analyzing allocations and returns of structured products.
6. Collect and process subscription and redemption orders, coordinating maturity extension processes for different financial instruments.

Your team

You will work in the Equity Derivative Structuring Team in Krakow, responsible for maintaining UBS structured products throughout their lifecycle. This includes providing tools and marketing materials to front office Trading, Structuring, and Sales teams, preparing valuation and performance reports, and supervising hedge fund and private equity fund due diligence processes.

Your expertise

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Technical, Finance, or Business Studies.
• A strong interest in financial markets and derivatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA is an advantage.
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Keen to take initiative, build, manage, and improve processes.
• Detail-oriented and eager to expand your skill set and build relationships across the bank.
