Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field with strong GPA.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and agentic coding systems like Claude Code and Codex.
• Experience automating data pipelines for exploratory data analysis on large datasets.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM including reports and dashboards; certification a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Interest in financial markets, familiarity with equity markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Salesforce CRM — maintain records, track engagement, build reports and ensure data integrity.
• Design and maintain Salesforce dashboards/reports to surface client trends and metrics.
• Analyze CRM and internal data to identify patterns and revenue opportunities.
• Propose standards for data cleaning and token usage across sales desks.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and revenue forecasts.
• Translate data findings into concise summaries and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales to improve CRM adoption, data hygiene, and reporting workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to improve data capabilities of the sales team.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline research and communications.
