Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance, business, or data-related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in financial services operations, CRM administration, or data management.
• Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency for deck and marketing material support.
• Series 7/63 licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
• Clear, concise, and professional communication with stakeholders across Research, Sales, and Trading.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Account Operations: manage lifecycle of CRM users, onboarding, training, and support; oversee Prism administration; maintain contact and account records; manage weekly meetings and team inbox.
• Data Management & System Operations: ensure data integrity, resolve duplicates, map errors, resolve data feed issues; support compliance and business continuity documentation.
• Business Analytics & Platform Support: create recurring/ad hoc reports and dashboards; coordinate between business lines and Technology; manage broker votes and marketing materials.
