Job summary

Qualifications

  • Advanced science degree preferred; immunology and molecular biology a plus.
  • 2–3 years of equity research experience; other related finance backgrounds considered.
  • Series 7/63/86/87 licenses and/or CFA Level 1 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Write research reports, including company initiations, earnings recaps and industry pieces.
  • Build dynamic industry models with integrated financial statements.
  • Source data sets and summarize bioscience sector information for reports.
  • Conduct proprietary research on competitive landscape and news.
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts.
  • Assist senior analyst with marketing events and conferences.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
