Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $45.00/hr

We are seeking Equity Research Analysts, Investment Analysts, and related finance professionals to contribute their expertise to train advanced AI systems. Your role will involve developing complex finance questions and scenarios that simulate real-world financial tasks, helping AI models improve their reasoning and interpretation of financial documents.

Experience required:

• Professional experience in roles such as Equity Research Analyst, Investment Analyst or similar
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Deep working knowledge of SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, etc.)
• Strong financial modeling skills

This fully remote project is open to participants based in the United States. Compensation is $45 USD per approved hour and the working schedule is flexible.
