Job summary

Global Investment Management Firm in the greater Philadelphia area is seeking an Equity Research Analyst to join the team onsite. The role covers U.S. and international company coverage with a strong emphasis on rigorous fundamental research.

You will produce written notes and investment recommendations, interact with portfolio managers, and collaborate with senior analysts to evaluate ideas. The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, CFA, and 2–5 years of equity research experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• CFA certification.
• 2–5 years of equity research experience.
• Passion for investment management with strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on assigned companies, industries, or sectors in US and international markets.
• Independently research and evaluate opportunities; collaborate with team to form conclusions.
• Produce written research notes and investment recommendations, monitor existing portfolio investments.
• Work closely with portfolio managers and senior analysts to monitor holdings and evaluate new ideas.
• Analyze businesses qualitatively and quantitatively.
