Your role

Can you build collaborative relationships with internal business partners to deliver solutions and identify new business opportunities? Do you have the ability to turn corporate clients into long-term business partners and advocates?

We're looking for someone like you to:

  1. Take ownership of key WWS corporate relationships, responsible for "knowing your client" and accountable for all aspects of service delivery, client retention, and identifying opportunities to expand the corporate relationship.
  2. Develop strategies for "delivering the firm" and for core services that are linked to WWS and WM USA goals, as well as corporate client business strategies.
  3. Partner with Financial Advisors on participant engagement initiatives and ensure they are kept abreast of issues impacting overall relationships.
  4. Work with the Head of Corporate Services to ensure WWS service team members meet client deliverables; service teams include Implementation, Service Managers, and Plan Administrators.
  5. Be responsible for creating and maintaining an annual client Account Plan to identify new product and service opportunities, along with strategy and execution plans.
  6. Effectively communicate and present to internal senior management and corporate clients.
  7. Provide industry guidance and best practices with corporate clients.
  8. Deliver insights related to participant behavior/activity and corporate benchmarking data.
  9. Manage client contracts, including regular reviews to improve terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes, and amendments for product extensions.
  10. Participate and lead sales/RFP efforts for new and existing clients, and drive growth and retention of B2B relationships managing employee equity plans.
Your team

WWS is a key growth initiative within UBS Wealth Management, serving as a lead generator for the broader UBS WM business. You will join the WWS Relationship Management team, reporting to the Head of Corporate Relationship Management. The team focuses on driving corporate client satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Your expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Ideally, 5+ years of experience in an institutional client-facing role at a financial services firm working with Equity Plan clients
  • Strong relationship management skills and excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, consultative, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and drive change
  • Ability to lead, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Curious, passionate, and committed to continuous improvement and client value
  • Strong presentation skills, including technological proficiency
  • Confident decision-maker, organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
