You’ll run the medicine with no mandated protocols, no corporate formularies, and no quotas. You decide the workups and treatment plans, while sharing in distributions and the equity upside as the practice expands; new grads with ownership ambitions are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from AVMA-accredited school.
• Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina.
• Small animal general practice experience; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership and building a practice, not just a shiftwork position.
• Willingness to participate in partnership and equity discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical decision making and clinic culture with autonomy.
• Manage an established caseload and contribute to growth.
• Participate in equipment, hiring, and scheduling decisions as a partner.
• Mentor and collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
