Qualifications

• 5–15 years of industrial security experience within the U.S. Defense Industrial Base.
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, ICD/ICS, CFRs, DoD Manuals, and related policies.
• First-person experience as a site security manager conducting on-site construction security activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform onsite industrial security operations.
• Serve as a primary security liaison to clients and contractors.
• Provide technical sales support and assist growth and product teams.
• Prepare, review, and manage security programs and requirements.
• Maintain security compliance for assessments and certifications.
• Implement security measures and create necessary documentation.
• Coordinate Visit Authorization Requests and clearances.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents.

Skills

Industrial security experience

Knowledge of NISPOM and related policies

Experience with CSPs and accreditation documentation

Competence in emanations security principles

Proficiency with access databases
