An established industry player is seeking an Equity Margin Analyst to manage account-level risk and streamline margin operations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Margin Operations, a strong understanding of equities and options strategies, and exceptional communication skills. Purpose of Role :
The Equity Margin Analyst manages account-level risk and ensures the smooth operation of Marex's margin business. The role helps scale key processes, tools, documentation, and workflows, working closely with the broader Market Operations team and cross-functionally with clearing, sales, compliance, and product development teams.

Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
Salary Range : $85,000 to $150,000 per year and eligible for discretionary bonus.
