Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• California Teaching Credential with EL Authorization is required.
• Cleared or Preliminary California Teaching Credential CLAD or BCLAD is required.
• Successful completion of the CBEST is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage and support all students in learning with asset-based approaches.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment reflecting diverse cultures.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of California standards and CSTP alignment.
• Plan instruction with UDL/MTSS and data-informed practices.
• Assess and monitor student learning with equitable practices.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues, and the school community.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning focused on equity.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
