Job summary

Industrious Ventures is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their Supply Chain team in Torrance, CA. In this full-time position, you will ensure smooth material flow in their manufacturing facility, playing a critical role in production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and related inventory equipment.
• Prior experience in aerospace, electronics, or related manufacturing fields.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and parts.
• Pick, organize, and stage components for production.
• Verify incoming materials for conformity and quantity.
• Maintain strict material handling and traceability practices.
• Monitor shelf-life storage and perform stock rotations.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with computer software

Understanding of inventory and kitting processes

Excellent computer skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
