Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of school leadership responsibility.
• Three or more years as a Title 1 Principal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround efforts for district-managed schools to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with central office and school leaders to provide resources and services.
• Provide coaching on school improvement and talent development.
• Monitor progress using data and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Ensure equity and compliance with district, state, and federal policies.
