Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.

• Three years of certificated school leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of CSIP and equity goals.
• Provide instructional leadership and feedback to staff.
• Manage budget and staffing in alignment with CSIP.
• Develop and sustain community partnerships to support student achievement.
• Maintain safe and orderly school environments and district compliance.
