Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to academic teachers and, over time, paraeducators and clinicians.
• Develop culturally responsive pedagogy and curriculum to advance educational equity.
• Analyzes student data to guide instruction and curriculum.
• Collaborate on data systems to measure student success.
• Identify barriers and advise on instructional improvements.
• Lead professional learning and workshops for staff.
• Be an active member of the Instructional Leadership Team and complete documentation.
