Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• New Jersey Mathematics teaching certification or CE in Math.
• Proven success raising achievement with underserved populations.
• Strong commitment to youth and collaboration with parents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven approaches.
• Ability to personalize instruction with differentiation and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan a program of study and lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
• Ensure pupil progress toward instructional objectives.
• Use data to drive student achievement and adjust instruction.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Adhere to school policies, safety guidelines and professional standards.
