Job summary

Sierra Health Foundation in California seeks a Contracts & Grants Manager to lead contract lifecycle management for grants, subawards, and vendor agreements, ensuring compliant, equitable contracting.

You will supervise staff, partner with program, finance, and compliance teams, develop templates, monitor performance, and advise on risk and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced nonprofit with hybrid work and core in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Seven+ years in contract administration, grants management, procurement, legal operations, compliance, or related field.
• Experience managing large and complex portfolios of contracts, grants, subawards, or government-funded agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full contract lifecycle management for grants, subrecipient and vendor agreements.
• Draft, negotiate, execute, monitor, amend, renew, and closeout agreements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, funder requirements, and internal policies; provide guidance to staff.
