The position is Regular Full Time with a starting salary of $70,000 for certified teachers. As part of Distinctive Schools, you will cultivate rigorous instruction, equity, and student growth through engaging lessons aligned to standards, with data‑driven planning, ongoing checks for understanding, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and teacher licensure or enrollment in a certification program.
• Valid Professional Educator License or equivalent in state of employment.
• Content area endorsement and ability to use data from multiple sources.
• Travel for training, professional development, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a student‑centered decision process with a belief that all students can learn.
• Deliver grade‑level instruction using the core curriculum with frequent checks for understanding.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to close gaps in mastery.
• Analyze assessment data and inform instructional strategies campus and network wide.
• Foster belonging, equity, and restorative practices within the classroom.
• Communicate progress with students and families and collaborate with colleagues.
