Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a Default Valuations Specialist to support the Equity Review team, handling administrative analysis of delinquent accounts and preparation of equity decisions during peak periods.

You will process files, print title searches, pull credit bureau data, and log tasks in the collections system while collaborating with compliance, audit and management. Cincinnati-based role with comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of mortgage servicing/processing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills.
• Familiarity with collection processes and skip tracing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage files in the Central File Room and track CFR requests.
• Enter Equity Decisions in the collections system with approved authority.
• Prepare equity reviews during high-volume periods and assist with audits.
• Liaise between the bank, affiliates, risk, and management on losses.
• Complete projects using Amtrak, Mobius, Crystal Reporting or Excel.
