Equity Compensation Coordinator (remote)
Location: Remote (East Coast hours)
Contract Duration: 6 months+
Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, overtime will be required during busy periods

Reporting to the Compensation team and working closely with senior equity leaders, this temporary role will focus on supporting day-to-day administration of their equity programs, including managing the equity mailbox, maintaining system data integrity, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has strong technical skills (especially in Excel), and brings a customer-first mindset.
