• Minimum 20 years of financial leadership including executive CFO roles.
• Experience with private equity–owned portfolio companies.
• Strategic and operational finance strength with client focus.
• Willingness to operate in Southeast region (GA/FL/TN/AL/Carolinas).

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO-level financial leadership to PE-backed client firms.
• Develop and execute strategic financial plans and forecasts.
• Advise partners on value creation and capital structure.
