The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in program development focused on equity, excellent communication skills, and a background in community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of program development experience focused on equity.
• Experience working with African American, African, Black students, and community members.
• Demonstrated excellence in facilitating meetings and team-building exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to maintain an inclusive environment for African American, African, Black students.
• Facilitates development of co-curricular programming supporting student success.
• Collaborates with student groups and community organizations to enhance cultural programming.
