Oats Overnight, Inc. is seeking a Sales Planning Analyst to partner with Sales, Operations and Demand Planning to build confident volume and spend forecasts. You will manage trade promotions, ensure data integrity, and support customer planning across major retail partners.

The role requires 2+ years in trade planning or related field, a Bachelor's in Finance or related discipline, and experience with syndicated data and trade dynamics. Equity opportunities and rapid growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in trade planning, trade forecasting or sales revenue management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Direct experience with retail/club channel customers and trade dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner for Sales on volume and spend forecasting.
• Collaborate with Ops and Demand Planning to develop accurate volume forecasts.
• Manage TPM data accuracy and analyze ROI of trade promotions.
