Trader-Hire is seeking experienced equities traders for a fully remote position. Traders will receive firm-backed capital up to $50,000 to trade stocks and options, with the potential to scale up to $500,000 based on performance.

This independent contractor role allows for full schedule flexibility and a profit share of 65–90%. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of trading experience and a strong understanding of risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of active trading experience.
• Strong grasp of market structure and order flow.

Responsibilities

• Construct and execute options trades aligned with defined edge.
• Document trade theses and post-trade reviews for improvement.
• Engage with peer traders to refine strategy ideas.
