Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and external brokers to settle client trades and resolve trade-related issues.
• You will have a book of clients or market that you cover exclusively and develop those relationships with top-notch service across the trade life cycle.
• Tap into investigative skills to find answers to client queries and provide solutions daily.
• Investigate exceptions in internal books and records to identify resolution and elevate issues when needed.
• Analyze and improve processes to reduce risk and eliminate repetitive effort.
• Help influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes.
