Roux seeks a Database Analyst to manage environmental and chemical data using EarthSoft’s EQuIS, including EDD processing, QA/QC, and dashboards. You will support EQuIS configuration, participate in client-facing reporting, and collaborate with the data management team from Roux’s Burlington, MA office.

The role emphasizes building scalable data outputs, SQL querying, and training staff to expand Roux’s EQuIS capabilities while ensuring accurate, timely deliverables for clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of environmental data management experience, including practical use of EarthSoft’s EQuIS in a consulting or regulated environment.
• Experience processing and QA/QC’ing laboratory EDDs using EQuIS (EDP) or similar workflow.
• Working knowledge of EQuIS configuration/administration concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software (MS Access/Excel).
• Interest in building client-facing dashboards/reports using EQuIS dashboards.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying and reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Manage, process, and quality-check environmental data in EQuIS for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and deliver data support under tight timelines.
• Process laboratory and field EDDs in EQuIS, perform QA/QC and corrections coordination.
• Support data tracking, loading, and delivery workflows.
• Develop and refine SQL-based queries and reports for project needs.
• Assist with EQuIS administration, configuration, and standard reports.
• Create client-facing dashboards/reports (EQuIS or Power BI).
