Dickey's Barbecue Pit and Soda Crush in St. George, UT is seeking an energetic Pit Crew member to join our team. If you love great food, fast service, and a fun, team‑focused environment, this is the place for you.

No experience required—we train the right candidate. You will prepare menu items, serve customers, operate the POS, and help keep our dining area clean and welcoming. Flexible weekends and holidays are needed, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
• Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Dickey's signature barbecue menu items and specialty drinks with speed and accuracy.
• Operate the counter, cash register, and point-of-sale system to process customer orders.
• Craft and assemble Soda Crush beverages to order specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including dining area, prep stations, and kitchen.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service to every guest.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
