Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
• Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Dickey's signature barbecue menu items and specialty drinks with speed and accuracy.
• Operate the counter, cash register, and point-of-sale system to process customer orders.
• Craft and assemble Soda Crush beverages to order specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including dining area, prep stations, and kitchen.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service to every guest.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
